Booking options
In this section we will explain your options when using our website and services;
1) Online booking.
Simply create your own account/select products from the shopping basket/proceed to checkout and enter your debit/credit card details via our secure server. You will receive email confirmation instantly and a comprehensive written confirmation soon after including maps. We also accept payment using paypal.
2) Online booking following advice from our staff .
If you are unsure about any of our products or need further information telephone our call centre or email us prior to booking. Then when entirely satisfied proceed to book online. 01253 858993 (5 lines)
3) Booking with debit/credit card-not online.
Some of our clients prefer to give their card details over the phone and speak directly to a member of our staff. We welcome this type of transaction. Our telephone lines are open for your convenience between 9.00am and 10.00pm monday to friday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on saturdays.
4) Booking without credit card/debit card.
Contact us at our office centre on tel: 01253 858993 (5 lines). Give us details of your booking and we will agree to accept payment from you by cheque or postal order. Cheques/postal orders must be made payable to Awesome Weekends Limited and sent to: Awesome Weekends Limited, Head office, 1B Ingleway, Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire, FY5 2PQ. On receipt of your cheque we will confirm your booking by e-mail asap.
5) Amendments to bookings.
Once you have created an account with Awesome Weekends you can log on at anytime and amend your contact details/pay your balance or amend your booking. If you forget your password we will email a new password to you. Alternatively, contact our call centre and we will accept your new instructions by phone or email.
